Earn with your skills in Panglao and Tagbilaran
EXPATS PH connects aircon technicians, massage therapists, drivers, bike owners and other local specialists in Panglao, Dauis and Tagbilaran with expats, residents and visitors who need them. Customers post a request, you reply with your price in chat, and when they book you do the job and get paid directly. Joining is free and responding to requests is currently free.
It works as a sideline or as your main income: you choose which requests to answer and when you are available. There is no office to report to and no uniform; your profile, your reviews and your replies are what customers see.
Who we are looking for
- Aircon technicians: cleaning, repair and installation of split-type and window units. The most requested service from expat households.
- Massage therapists: Swedish, hilot, Thai; home and resort service across Panglao and Tagbilaran.
- Scooter, motorbike and car owners with vehicles to rent out (see Rent out your motorbike).
- Drivers with a van or car for transfers and tours.
- Other trades (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry, gardening, tutoring): request them in the "Other" category now; dedicated categories open as demand grows.
How it works for specialists
- Create your profile: your name, photo, skills, the areas you cover (Panglao Island, Tagbilaran) and a few words about your experience.
- Complete the short orientation and the ID check. The team reviews your profile; after approval you see open requests in your categories.
- Reply to requests with your price and time, chat with the customer, do the job and get paid by the customer directly. Reviews after completed jobs build your profile.
What you get

- A public profile with photo, skills, areas and reviews, visible to anyone searching for help in Panglao and Tagbilaran.

What we ask from you
- A real name, a real photo and a valid ID. Customers trust profiles that look like people.
- Reply to requests you can actually do, at the time you promise. Cancelling a confirmed booking without notice hurts your profile.
- Keep contact inside the chat until the booking is confirmed, so both sides have the agreement on record.
- Treat the customer’s home with care; most customers are long-term residents who will book you again.
Areas
You choose the areas you serve: Panglao Island (including Dauis, Alona, Tawala, Danao, Bolod, Doljo) and Tagbilaran City. Requests outside your areas are not shown to you. If you cover both sides of the bridge, say so; many expat households are in Dauis and Tagbilaran, not only at the beach.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to join EXPATS PH as a specialist?
Yes. Creating a profile is free and responding to requests is currently free. The customer pays you directly for the work.
Do I need a business permit or a company?
No. Individual specialists and small family businesses are welcome. You need a valid ID for the identity check and, for some trades, the licence or certificate customers may ask about.
Can I do this as a sideline?
Yes. You decide which requests to answer and when you are available. Many specialists on EXPATS PH have another job and take requests in the evening or on weekends.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the customer when the job is done, in cash or by GCash or bank transfer as you agree in chat. EXPATS PH does not hold your money.
What happens after I apply?
You complete a short orientation and an ID check, and the team reviews your profile. Once approved you receive requests in your categories and areas and can reply to them.
